Can I place an order directly through the website?

No. Our website operates as an Inquiry‑Based Platform. Online purchases and direct checkout payments are not available. To request pricing or availability, please add the desired products to your Inquiry Cart.

What is the Inquiry Cart?

The Inquiry Cart allows you to compile all products you are interested in.
Once submitted, your inquiry is forwarded to our team for review.

What happens after I submit my Inquiry Cart?

You will receive a formal quotation via email, which includes:

  • Unit prices

  • Product availability

  • Estimated delivery times

  • Payment terms
Why is direct online purchasing not available?

Our products often require:

  • Tailored quotations

  • Verification of stock and lead times

  • Technical clarification where necessary

The inquiry process ensures that each customer receives an accurate, customized offer before proceeding.

Order Confirmation & Processing

How do I confirm an order?

If you agree with the quotation, you must provide written acceptance via email. Upon receiving your acceptance, we will issue a Proforma Invoice.

When does order preparation begin?

Order preparation begins only after:

  • We receive your written acceptance of the quotation

  • Your bank transfer payment has been successfully confirmed

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted only before written acceptance is provided. Once the Proforma Invoice has been issued, the order is considered binding.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer only. The Proforma Invoice will include:

  • Total payable amount

  • Bank account details

  • Full order summary

Order processing begins after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping

Do you offer shipping services?

Yes. Shipping availability depends on the destination.

  1. Shipments handled by our transport partner.

    We provide shipping through our cooperating transport company to:

    • All regions within Greece

    • All countries within Europe


  2. Shipments outside Europe.
    We do not offer shipping outside Europe.

    For destinations beyond Europe:

    • Customers must arrange pickup through their own transport company

    • The transport company must collect the goods from our facilities

    • All logistics and costs are the customer’s responsibility

Can I use my own transport company for shipments within Greece or Europe?

Yes. Customers may choose to arrange pickup with their own transport company, even for destinations within Greece or Europe.
