Adjustment of Pump Room Transmitters & CCR indicators

Description

The Adjustment of Pump Room Transmitters & CCR Indicators project involved a detailed onboard inspection and calibration of the vessel’s monitoring equipment to ensure accurate and reliable cargo‑operation control. Our team checked and fine‑tuned each pump room transmitter individually, confirming proper signal output, stable response, and alignment with operational requirements. At the same time, all corresponding indicators in the Cargo Control Room (CCR) were verified and adjusted so that displayed values matched the actual transmitter readings, ensuring precise monitoring during cargo handling.

Once the adjustments were completed, we carried out a full functional evaluation of the system, including wiring checks, signal‑path verification, and confirmation that all configuration settings complied with manufacturer specifications. Both the transmitters and the CCR indicators performed flawlessly after calibration, providing the crew with dependable real‑time information essential for safe and efficient pump operation.

At the end of the service, the vessel received a comprehensive service report detailing all work performed, along with the corresponding calibration certificate. This documentation confirms that the system is fully calibrated, compliant, and ready to support safe cargo operations.
