We took an old, heavily deteriorated boiler burner that had been left unused for a long time and brought it back to life through a complete restoration process. The unit arrived in extremely poor condition — cut and exposed wiring, extensive rust, missing components, and clear signs of long-term neglect. Every part was inspected, cleaned, repaired, or replaced where necessary. New wiring, switches, and control elements were installed to restore full electrical integrity and ensure safe operation.

After completing the mechanical and electrical rehabilitation, the burner was refinished with a fresh protective coating, giving it both a renewed appearance and improved resistance to corrosion. Once reassembled and tested, the burner operated flawlessly, demonstrating stable ignition, smooth combustion, and reliable performance. The project transformed a discarded, non-functional unit into a fully restored and dependable burner ready for service.
