Repair of Siemens LAL 2.25 Burner Controller
Description
The Main Starting Valve & Slow Turning Valve Overhauling involved a complete restoration of both units to ensure reliable and safe engine operation. Our team dismantled each valve assembly, carefully inspecting all internal components for wear, contamination, or mechanical damage. All parts were thoroughly cleaned, critical surfaces were checked, and worn seals or gaskets were replaced as needed. This process ensured that both the starting and slow‑turning valves were brought back to proper mechanical condition and free from any obstructions or sticking points.
After reassembly, each valve underwent functional testing to confirm correct operation, response timing, and airtight performance under working conditions. Once all checks were successfully completed, the valves were reinstalled in their respective positions, fully secured and ready for service. The overhaul restored smooth and dependable functionality, supporting safe engine starting procedures and controlled slow‑turning operations.
