Vapour Emission Control System (VECS) inspection & calibration

Description

The inspection and calibration of the Vapour Emission Control System (VECS) panel were carried out with full attention to both safety and measurement accuracy. Our team tested and calibrated the oxygen sensor, vapour pressure indicator, and alarm module to ensure that each component responded correctly across its operating range. In parallel, all electrical and pneumatic wiring was inspected, verified, and corrected where necessary to eliminate faults, signal drops, or inconsistencies. This comprehensive approach ensured that every part of the VECS panel operated within the required specifications.

Following the calibration process, the entire system was tested under controlled conditions to confirm stable and reliable performance. The readings from all instruments were validated as accurate, and the alarm module responded precisely to threshold conditions. With all components functioning correctly and the wiring fully verified, the VECS panel now operates smoothly, providing trustworthy indications and ensuring proper vapour‑emission monitoring during cargo operations.
