Nakakita & Differential Pressure Transmitters – Calibration, Repair & CCR Verification

Description

During our recent attendance onboard, our team carried out a comprehensive calibration, inspection, and functional verification of the vessel’s critical measurement and control equipment. The work focused on Nakakita transmitters, Differential Pressure Transmitters, and the corresponding indicators inside the Cargo Control Room (CCR), ensuring that all systems deliver accurate and stable readings throughout cargo operations.

The scope of work included a full pre‑operational check of all transmitters and CCR indicators, followed by precise zero and span calibration of the pressure gauges to restore correct measurement across the operating range. Our technicians repaired and recalibrated transmitters that showed drift or unstable output, ensuring proper signal response and reliable communication with the control system. Final operating tests were performed to confirm stability, accuracy, and correct behavior under simulated operational conditions.

All equipment was restored to full working condition, ensuring that the Cargo Control System provides dependable, real‑time data during loading, discharging, and monitoring operations. Accurate instrumentation is essential for safe cargo handling — and this project reinforces our commitment to delivering reliability, precision, and long‑term performance across every vessel we support.
