The 75 kW motor was fully disassembled and subjected to a thorough cleaning process using electroclean liquid to remove accumulated contaminants such as oil residues, dust, and moisture. After cleaning, all components were carefully dried to ensure proper insulation integrity and to prevent any risk of electrical faults. A detailed inspection of the stator, rotor, and internal surfaces was also carried out to confirm that no mechanical or thermal damage was present.
New bearings were installed to restore smooth rotational performance and minimize vibration during operation. The motor was then reassembled with precision, mounted back in its position, and aligned accurately with the driven equipment to ensure optimal power transmission and long-term reliability of the installation.
