DECKMA OMD‑2005
The DECKMA OMD‑2005 is a high‑precision 15ppm bilge alarm used in conjunction with oily‑water separators to ensure compliance with IMO Resolution MEPC.107(49). It continuously measures the oil content in bilge water using an optical detection cell and activates alarms when the concentration exceeds the 15ppm discharge limit.
The system consists of three main components:
- Computer Unit with integrated data logger (up to 18 months of storage)
- Measuring Cell containing the optical electronics
- Valve Assembly for sample flow control
