The goal was to verify the boiler’s reliability, operational stability, and full compliance with safety standards. During the manual‑mode inspection, we verified the full start‑up and shutdown sequence, ignition performance, and proper response of the oil‑servo load adjustment. These checks ensured that manual control remains stable and predictable under all operating conditions. The system was then switched to automatic mode, where we validated correct modulation based on water level, pressure, and temperature inputs. The boiler’s control logic demonstrated smooth transitions between minimum and maximum load, confirming proper automation behavior.
