EPCON Electro‑Pneumatic Controllers – Full Inspection, Repair & Calibration
Description
Our engineering team recently completed a full inspection, repair, and calibration program on a series of EPCON electro‑pneumatic controller boards. These units arrived in our workshop in varying states of degradation, requiring detailed diagnostics to restore their operational integrity. Given the critical role these controllers play in industrial automation, each board was handled with precision and methodical attention to detail.
The restoration process began with circuit‑level diagnostics, including visual inspection for mechanical stress, heat‑related damage, and component deterioration. Power and signal integrity tests were performed to identify unstable channels, voltage irregularities, or communication faults. Where required, component‑level troubleshooting and replacement were carried out to restore proper functionality across control, load, and vent circuits.
Following the repair stage, each controller underwent functional verification to ensure correct response under simulated operating conditions. Zero‑drift issues, unstable outputs, and signal deviations were corrected through targeted calibration procedures. Final system validation was performed using precision instrumentation, confirming that every board met original operational specifications and delivered stable, accurate, and reliable performance.
Our workshop is fully equipped for advanced analog/digital circuit analysis, sensor and actuator signal simulation, and automated calibration under real operating conditions. These restoration procedures allow our clients to extend equipment lifetime, reduce downtime, and maintain precise control performance in demanding industrial environments.
