KANGRIM Composite/Aux. Boiler

Our specialized technical team recently completed a full restoration of a KANGRIM Composite/Aux. Boiler that was found in a severely compromised operational condition.
The system had multiple unsafe modifications, faulty wiring, and failed components, making the boiler inoperative.
Through a comprehensive overhaul, we:

✅Replaced all damaged control components of the main panel and the external components
✅Installed and configured a new SDC36 controller for stable steam pressure control
✅Replaced the flame scanners (Siemens LFS1.11A2) and detection relays for reliable ignition and safety
✅Fully serviced the burner system, including solenoid valves and oil gun assembly
✅Conducted thorough manual and automatic operational testing, confirming smooth, safe, and efficient performance

The boiler is now fully restored, operating reliably in both manual and automatic modes — ensuring safe and stable steam generation for the vessel’s operation.
